Inflammation – excessive immune reaction
The paper presents the inflammatory process as a phenomenon connected with excessive immune reaction on the example of acute inflammation (eg. cellular stress) and chronic inflammation (chronic gastritis, atheromatosis). Inflammatory process with an immunopathological background (allergy and anaphylaxis, chronic rheumatic arthritis), autoinflammatory diseases and the so–called diseases due to immunological deficiency with inflammatory factors are also presented.
